People believed that, on this night, the boundary between the world of the living and the spirit world grew thinner. To ward off wandering spirits, people would dress up in eerie costumes. Over time, these traditions evolved into the Halloween celebrations we know and love today, complete with spooky decorations, carved pumpkins and, of course, trick-or-treating! So, get your scariest fancy dress ready, turn your mobile home into a haunted hideaway and stock up on sweet treats. Indoor, heated swimming pools in October

Good news! Many Siblu Villages campsites have a water park with a heated indoor swimming pool.

• Set off to explore the Northern Atlantic Coast and its incredible Normandy beaches, which have played a significant role in history, whilst staying at the Domaine de Litteau. You can also explore Brittany, with its majestic cliffs near the Domaine de Kerlann.
• In the south of Brittany, in Loire-Atlantique, come and celebrate Halloween in the magnificent, picturesque village of Piriac-sur-Mer, home to our Bois de Bayadène campsite. Not to mention our two 4-star campsites with heated indoor swimming pools in the Vendée: Le Bois Masson and Le Bois Dormant in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. And then there’s the Domaine de Dugny campsite, nestled in lush greenery on the banks of the Loire, surrounded by its marvellous châteaux.
